• • for indirect exports of products or services to the USA (an indirect export exists where products or services have reached the USA without the insured parties having caused this). 

If, for legal reasons, it is not possible for the insurer to provide contractually owed services abroad, these services are to be provided to the insured parties at the insured parties' registered office. In this case, only the insured parties themselves are entitled to the provision of services.
